Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Sierra Soul Cactus. We want to ensure you have a great experience with our California Pumice Hub products.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date your order is delivered. If 10 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that for pumice and bulk substrates, the bag must be unopened to qualify for a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first at justin@sierrasoulcactus.com.

  • Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total.
  • Tracking: Since pumice is heavy and expensive to ship, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” are final sale and cannot be refunded.
